“Julinarium” is Valldal Culinariums Christmas Edition. Jul is the Norwegian word for Christmas, so Julinarium is a word play of the combination of traditional Norwegian Christmas food with a Culinarium experience. The authentic experience based on the former Michelin chef and sommelier competence. Since it derived from the Culiarium that since the establishment i 2018 has been focusing on using local produce, this is of course also emphasized in Julinarium; no exception in the 2024 edition.
