“Julinarium” is Valldal Culinariums Christmas Edition. Jul is the Norwegian word for Christmas, so Julinarium is a word play of the combination of traditional Norwegian Christmas food with a Culinarium experience. The authentic experience based on the former Michelin chef and sommelier competence. Since it derived from the Culiarium that since the establishment in 2018 has been focusing on using local produce, this is of course also emphasized in Julinarium; no exception in the 2024 edition.
